Developing confidence in aesthetic medicine requires more than completing a course. While hands-on training builds technical skill, many providers find that real-world variability, patient anatomy, consultation flow, safety considerations, and clinical pacing create uncertainty once they begin practicing independently. Shadowing allows providers to observe how experienced injectors navigate these variables in live clinical settings.
At Auri Academy in Gilbert, AZ, the Shadowing Experience is designed to support this critical transition. Providers observe expert injectors performing Botox® and dermal filler treatments on real patients, gaining insight into assessment, treatment planning, injection sequencing, and safety decision-making. This experience reinforces clinical judgment and prepares participants to progress confidently within their aesthetic training pathway.
Participants must:
Hold an active RN license
